Flight tracking & waiting
We follow the flight, not the clock.
Your booking is tied to your flight, so an early or late landing does not leave you waiting — or rushing.
Automatic flight status
Give your flight number at booking and the driver adjusts to the actual landing time. No flight number? Use the arrival time instead.
Delays cost nothing
The pickup fare stays the same when your flight is delayed. Waiting after landing is included for 60 minutes (illustrative).
We check in if plans change
If your flight is significantly changed, we contact you to confirm the new meeting time (illustrative process).

Where to find your driver.
After baggage claim and customs, walk into the arrivals hall. The exact meeting point depends on the terminal and will be included in your booking details (illustrative).
After landing
- Follow the signs to immigration and passport control.
- Collect your luggage at the baggage claim belt.
- Pass through customs into the arrivals hall.
- Meet the driver at the designated meeting point — name sign or phone call (illustrative).

Luggage & passengers

Sedan and SUV take up to 4 passengers and about 3–4 suitcases; the business van takes up to 6 passengers and about 6 pieces.

Late-night landing? Same fare. A red-eye arrival at TPE is priced by fare zone and vehicle class — no night surcharge at the moment (illustrative). Give your flight number and the driver follows the actual landing time.
Travel time to Taipei or New Taipei is about 25–50 minutes depending on the district; Travel time is an estimate in light traffic and depends on traffic and flight schedules.
Out of area
Some districts cannot be booked.
If your destination is outside the service area, the system explains it instead of quoting a price.
Areas we do not serve (yet)
Bali, Ruifang, Pingxi, Shuangxi, Gongliao, Shiding, Pinglin, Wulai, Sanzhi, Shimen, Jinshan, Wanli, Keelung City, downtown Taoyuan City and any other area outside the list.
If you select one of these areas, the system shows “Sorry, this area is outside our service area.” and does not provide a quote or take a booking.
Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) itself is the service destination and is not affected by the “downtown Taoyuan” limit.

What does an airport pickup cost?
Pickup is priced like drop-off by fare zone and vehicle class, plus NT$100: NT$900–NT$1,600 from TPE to Taipei or New Taipei. Flight tracking is included.
Where do I meet the driver at Taoyuan Airport?
At the designated meeting point in the arrivals hall, after baggage claim and customs, in the terminal your flight arrived at. The driver may hold a name sign or call you (illustrative process).
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The driver follows your flight status and arrives for the actual landing time. A delay does not cost extra — the pickup fare stays the same, and flight delays do not count towards waiting time.
How long will the driver wait?
A pickup includes 60 minutes of waiting after landing (illustrative terms). If you need more, tell support in advance and we will check what can be arranged.
Is there a night surcharge for late landings?
No surcharge is applied at the moment (illustrative). A 2 a.m. landing costs the same as midday for the same fare zone and vehicle class.
How do I add a name sign?
The name sign is an optional pickup add-on at NT$200 per booking. Without it, the driver will call you at the meeting point. You can select it while booking in chat.
