01 / Fares & payment

Fares & payment

How much does a Taoyuan Airport transfer cost?

It depends on your fare zone and vehicle class. Drop-off is NT$800–NT$1,500 one way; pickup is the same zone and vehicle fare +100 (NT$900–NT$1,600).

Why is pickup NT$100 more than drop-off?

Pickup includes flight tracking, waiting after landing and a meet-up in the arrivals hall, so pickup is always the same zone and vehicle drop-off fare plus NT$100. Drop-off has no such surcharge.

Is there a night or holiday surcharge?

No surcharge is applied at the moment (illustrative). The fare follows your fare zone, vehicle class, pickup and add-ons — not the time of day.

How can I pay?

Payment methods are not finalised in this prototype. A real booking would show the available options before confirmation. This website never charges you and is not a live booking service.

02 / Fare zones & vehicles

Fare zones & vehicles

How do the four fare zones work?

We group the 29 service districts into four fare zones close to the airport. Zone 1 (Linkou, Sanxia, Yingge) is the lowest; Zone 4 (Nangang, Shenkeng, Xizhi) is the highest. Same zone and vehicle = same fare.

Which vehicle classes are available?

Sedan (up to 4 passengers), SUV (up to 4 passengers with more luggage space) and business van (up to 6 passengers). Capacity figures are illustrative and to be confirmed.

How much luggage fits in the car?

Sedan and SUV are planned for about 3–4 × 24-inch suitcases; the business van for about 6. For oversized items such as golf bags, skis or strollers, contact us before booking (illustrative).

03 / Add-ons & arrival

Add-ons & arrival

How much is the name sign?

The name sign is NT$200, available for pickups only and charged once per booking. Without it, the driver will call you at the arrivals meeting point (illustrative).

How do extra stops work?

Each extra stop costs NT$100 within 5 km, NT$200 for 6–10 km and NT$300 for 11–15 km. Stops over 15 km are not quoted; multiple stops are charged separately.

How long will the driver wait after landing?

A pickup includes 60 minutes of waiting after landing (illustrative terms). Flight delays do not count towards the waiting time. If you need longer, tell support in advance.

04 / Service area & booking

Service area & booking

Which districts do you serve?

We serve 29 districts in Taipei City and New Taipei City, across 4 fare zones — including Banqiao, Xinyi, Neihu, Tamsui, Linkou, Xindian and Nangang.

Which areas are not served?

12 outer districts (such as Bali, Ruifang and Wulai), Keelung City and downtown Taoyuan are outside our service area. The system shows “Sorry, this area is outside our service area.” and does not quote.

How do I book, and can I cancel?

Book in chat in about 30 seconds: district, date and time, vehicle class, add-ons and your contact details. Cancellations or changes at least 24 hours before departure are free (illustrative).
