If you select an out-of-area district, the system explains why instead of quoting a price.

Areas we do not serve (yet)

Bali, Ruifang, Pingxi, Shuangxi, Gongliao, Shiding, Pinglin, Wulai, Sanzhi, Shimen, Jinshan, Wanli, Keelung City, downtown Taoyuan City and any other area outside the list.

If you select one of these areas, the system shows “Sorry, this area is outside our service area.” and does not provide a quote or take a booking.

Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) itself is the service destination and is not affected by the “downtown Taoyuan” limit.

Zones, pickup surcharge, inclusions and add-ons.

Are fares the same across all districts?

No — fares are set by fare zone. The 29 service districts are grouped into 4 zones; within a zone the same vehicle class has the same fare. Drop-off ranges from NT$800 to NT$1,500 depending on zone and vehicle.

Why is pickup NT$100 more than drop-off?

Pickup includes flight tracking, waiting after landing and a meet-up in the arrivals hall, so pickup is always the same zone and vehicle drop-off fare plus NT$100. Drop-off has no such surcharge.

What is included in the fare?

The basic fare includes the driver, fuel, tolls and airport parking. Pickup adds flight tracking and 60 minutes of waiting (illustrative). Night surcharges are not applied at the moment.

How do extra stops and the name sign work?

Extra stops cost NT$100 within 5 km, NT$200 for 6–10 km and NT$300 for 11–15 km per stop; stops over 15 km are not quoted. The name sign is NT$200, pickup only, once per booking.
